Opening of an exhibition of Marc Sleen in Sofia


On 6 April 2014, at gallery Altronics Light & Suspacious was held a reception for the opening of exhibition of works of the famous Belgian cartoonist Marc Sleen. The exhibition called “Nero” presents the character of the author that was essential to the promotion of Belgian comics worldwide.

Honouring the kind invitation of H.E. Annik van Kalster, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Republic of Bulgaria, the opening of the exhibition was attended by Mr. Mitya Dimitrov, representative of Sozopol Foundation. He offered his congratulations to H.E. Annik van Kalster for the major contribution of Mark Sleen to the art of cartoons worldwide and expressed gratitude for showing the exhibition in Sofia, with the assistance of the Embassy of Belgium in Bulgaria.
