Ms. Zaquia El Midaui – Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco in the Republic of BulgariaAt the core of the project “Sozopol and Essauira – open doors between two civilizations” are:
• Conservation and presentation of the rich cultural heritage of the two historic cities;
• The development of culture, cultural diversity and multicolourism;
As the famous intellectual and creator Dr. Shafiq Subai says: “Located on the border between Myth and Modernity, these two cities are romantic, cultural and cosmopolitan settlements, loved and hailed by artists, attended by philosophers and thinkers, holy cities and cities of traditions. Cities living in historical legends and a model of peaceful and life nowadays”.
Mr. Kiril Arnautski and Dr. Shafiq Subai The language of art is universal, and when it meets the support of governmental and non-governmental organizations, and representatives of civil society, it inevitably leads to the understanding of cultures and the dialogue between nationalities.
